1. Reflects a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") awarded on August 17, 2026. Subject to the reporting person's continued service through the applicable vesting date, 6.25% of the RSUs vest quarterly during the first 12 months following the grant date, and 25% of the RSUs vest on each August 17 thereafter through August 17, 2030. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Common Stock"), upon settlement.
