Priscilla Hung
Priscilla Hung is the Senior Advisor of Guidewire (NYSE: GWRE), a cloud-based solution for the P&C insurance industry. She was formerly the President and Chief Operating Officer where she oversaw Guidewire’s worldwide operations. Since 2005, Priscilla led Guidewire over multiple stages of growth, from a venture-backed startup to a successful public company. She was instrumental in transforming and pivoting its business to SaaS.
Priscilla has an extensive background in enterprise software. Prior to Guidewire, she served in leadership positions at Ariba, Sun Microsystem, Uniface, Pyramid, and Oracle.
She has received multiple accolades, including Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 2019 C-Suite Award and the IBA 2023 Elite Women Award. In addition, she was named to the Software Report’s list of Top 25 SaaS leaders in 2017, the Financial Technology Report’s Top 25 Insuretech Executives of 2020, and Insurance Business Global 100 in 2023.
Priscilla currently serves on the board of Veeva (NYSE: VEEV), Ethos, Cornell University Engineering College Council, and is the industry advisor to several private equity investors. She previously served on the board of Trov, ContractRoom and Vonage (NASDAQ: VG), a cloud communication provider until its acquisition by Ericsson in 2022.
